Our building regulations upgrade package includes:
- Upgrade of Our Permitted Development Drawings to Detailed Building Regulation Drawings scaled at 1:100/1:50
- Our drawings include a Detailed Internal Cross Section
- Job-specific Building Regulations Specifications Drawings, with Construction detail call-outs
- Full expert advice and support
- Completion of the necessary documentation for submission to your local Building Control
- Submit your Building Regulations Application on your behalf (Council application fee not included)
- Act as your Agent and liaise with Building Control to ensure a Full Plans Approval is awarded
- Advise on Structural Engineers, to obtain specialist structural calculations, if required. (Structural Engineer’s fees separate and start from just £95)

3D Laser Scan Survey
One of our technicians will visit your property to conduct a 3D Laser Full measured survey, this usually takes between 1-1.5 hours to complete.
