  • Proposed Floor Plans and Elevations scaled at 1:100, A1 paper size (delivered in PDF format).
  • Changes to your draft proposed layout drawings, during the development stage
  • 3D Visualisation Modelling (existing and proposed)
  • OS Mapping Site Location Plan scaled at 1:1250 (A3)
  • OS Mapping Site Block Plans scaled at 1:200      (A3)
  • Full expert advice and support
  • Apply on your behalf for a Certificate of Lawfulness, Proposed, (Council fees not included)

Our building regulations upgrade package includes:

  • Upgrade of Our Permitted Development Drawings to Detailed Building Regulation Drawings scaled at 1:100/1:50
  • Our drawings include a Detailed Internal Cross Section
  • Job-specific Building Regulations Specifications Drawings, with Construction detail call-outs
  • Full expert advice and support
  • Completion of the necessary documentation for submission to your local Building Control
  • Submit your Building Regulations Application on your behalf (Council application fee not included)
  • Act as your Agent and liaise with Building Control to ensure a Full Plans Approval is awarded
  • Advise on Structural Engineers, to obtain specialist structural calculations, if required. (Structural Engineer’s fees separate and start from just £95)

Self Survey  Option.

You could provide any or all of the following:
* Estate agency floor plans
* Previous existing plans
* External photos (each side of the house)
* Rough sketches and measurments of the rooms

3D Laser Scan Survey

One of our technicians will visit your property to conduct a 3D Laser Full measured survey, this usually takes between 1-1.5 hours to complete.
